Lush have brought out some amazing new products recently, and this face and body mask is one of them! I saw it in store a few times but forgot to get it. I picked it up a couple of weeks ago and loved it instantly. I love face masks and anything coffee, so this was a no brainer. Here is my review, hope you enjoy,

The mask comes in the typical black lush pot, (part of the 5 pot system). Perfect compact size. Doesn't need to be kept in the fridge.
Price - £6.50 for 150g or £12 for 325g
Texture - Grainy, thin mask
Finish - Bright, smooth, radiant skin

What they say
Let's have another cup o' coffee! Wake your skin up with this exfoliating mask, leaving it smooth and soft.

Key ingredients
Organic Agave Syrup - Used for years to treat skin infections
Coffee Infusion - Exfoliates and brightens the skin
Roasted Cocoa Extract - Rich and chocolatey

What is it
This is an espresso shot of coffee for your skin. It has a rich coffee and chocolate scent which is so invigorating. The grains exfoliate your skin without being harsh or stripping. The skin is soft and radiant after each use. Suitable for all skin types.

How I use it
After cleansing, I spread the mask around my face, minding my eyes and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. The strong aroma is so uplifting and awakening. I take it off with a hot flannel, and my skin is left so bright and polished.

Pros
- Affordable
- Smells incredible ( if you love the smell of coffee)
- Suitable for all skin types
- Brightens and adds glow
- Grains are very small
- You don't need to use loads

Cons
- None

Summary
If you're skin is looking dull, tired or just not it's best, you need this mask. It instantly awakens the skin and reveals a fresher face. This has been my go to mask after using any kind of detoxifying mask. It seals the deal by softening, brightening and exfoliating to leave my skin perfected. Thank you for reading!

This is going to be a quick chat about my experience and advice for those who are searching for their dream dress.
I found my dream wedding dress the day after my birthday! Which was almost like an extra present, the best present ever! I will give you the tips that worked for me and hopefully can help you.

Tip 1 - Do Your Research
Look at Bridal shops near you, find designers that create styles you like, figure out what shape you want/think will be flattering. Doing homework can be so helpful, take images of dresses you like when you go to try them on.

Tip 2 - Budget
For this all I'll say is try and be realistic about the cost of the dress. If you have a budget try to stick to it, however if you find the dress, which is a bit over budget maybe you can cut back on other things in the wedding.

Tip 3 - Style / Trial & Error
You may want that OTT princess dress, but is it really you? Does it actually flatter your shape? Try and figure out what looks best on you. Also, think about your venue/s. A traditional dress with a long train may look amazing in a church, but will it work at the reception when you're trying to dance? If your wedding is outdoors or on a beach, something flowy will naturally work greatly. Ultimately though, if the dress is right for you, it's right for your wedding.

Tip 4 - Too Many Opinions
When you go dress hunting, think carefully about who you take. I took my best friend and mom. It may look fun to bring 7,8,9 people but all those opinions will start to annoy you. Everyone's taste is different, and if you come out in your dream dress and one person doesn't like it, it can be very discouraging. Bring the closest people to you, whose opinions really matter. Plus there's more space to go around the shop!

Tip 5 - Be You
It's your day, your dress and your moment. Don't choose something just to please other people. Take opinions into consideration, but go with your heart. If you love the mermaid style, but your friends don't they can deal with it, or you want a princess dress and your mom thinks it's too much, oh well. Your wedding is a showcase of your style as a couple and it's the one day where you can have your cake and eat it! Another little tip is when you find the dress that gives you that twinkle in your eye, don't change your mind. You might see a dress after in a picture that's completely different, and then you start doubting your dress. Stay true to your decision and you will look beautiful!

These tips aren't new to the dress world, but after my experience I know these tips are the main things to keep in mind.
Congratulations to those who are getting married and enjoy this magical time! I am!

I picked this up around my birthday after the Lush assistant persuaded me to try the yellow pot of goodness. It's a face and body cleanser and I have been testing it out for a couple of weeks now. I had never heard any hype around it and I can't understand why. I hope this review helps explain what it's like and persuades you to try it!

It comes in the typical Lush black pot which is part of the 5 empty pot and tube 'system'. This 100g pot is nice hand size and would be good for travel.
Price - £6.75 for 100g or £16.88 for 250g
Texture - Gritty soft cleanser
Finish - Bright, radiant soft skin

What they say
This face and body cleanser is a gentle treat for the skin, leaving you soft to the touch with a buttery popcorn fragrance.

Key ingredients
Maize Flour - Gently exfoliates
Cinnamon Powder - Stimulating
Polenta - Full on vitamins and minerals

What is it
This is a gorgeous exfoliating cleanser that buffs and brightens the skin, making it radiant and polished. It smells just like the Lush Popcorn Lip Scrub, so quite sweet and popcorn-y. Suitable for all skin types.

(paste stage)

How I use it
I take a 10p sized blob for my whole face. You add a little water to create a paste, which I quite like, it's a nice change to my usual balm and gel cleansers. I apply it to bare dry skin and massage it all over. This is not a makeup remover. It has a gritty texture, nothing harsh or chunky, and it exfoliates the skin and makes the skin super soft.

Pros
- Smells amazing
- Feels quite smooth on the skin
- Not abrasive
- Skin looks bright and polished
- Skin is left feeling soft

Cons
- None

Summary
This would be a great addition to anyone's skincare routine. It's a more fun way to cleanse and you get amazing results. It's not harsh and is a great way to exfoliate without using scrubs, or if you don't like acid toning. The skin tone looks and feels even and feels clean without being stripped. The 100g size will last a while too, if you use it on rotation with other cleansers. I highly recommend this and will definitely re-purchase it! I hope this has been helpful! Thank you for reading.

I went to Bromley the other day and of course paid a visit to one of my favourite shops, The Body Shop. I always go straight to the skincare section but in the corner I could see a candle area. Hurrah. I love candles, but all the ones I've tried before from other brands, i.e. Yankee Candle gave me migraines and were just too over powering, even the soft scents. I don't think the candles are new, but they're new to me, and I'm so excited to have found an affordable, good smelling range of candles!

The candles comes is pretty box with a yellow, burnt orange design of a vanilla flower? Whatever it is, it's gorgeous.
Price - £10 for 200g
Scent - Vanilla and Tonka Bean

What they say
Vanilla was used by the ancient Aztecs to flavour their royal drink - a glorious mixture of vanilla, cocoa beans and honey. Inspired by this divine concoction, we've blended natural vanilla with notes of spicy tonka bean and a dash of calming geranium essential oil, creating the perfect recipe for a troubled mind. The natural goodness of the great outdoors, indoors.

Key ingredients
Vanilla - Sweet and soft
Honey - Soothing creamy scent
Tonka Bean - Slightly spicy/warm vanilla scent
Geranium Essential Oil - Slight rose note

What is it
This is a beautiful candle that gives off a subtle, calming warm scent with a vanilla and honey base and hints of spicy tonka bean. It burns nicely, and it doesn't take long to fill the room with the scent, I want to stress that this is not a typical sweet vanilla candle. It is very subtle and not over powering in any way.

It is paraffin free and the wick is unbleached cotton.

Pros
- Affordable price for size of candle
- Sweet, almost creamy but subtle scent
- Burns nicely
- Creates a soothing and calming atmosphere

Cons
- None

Summary
I love this candle so much, I've been burning it since I bought it and it has made my bedroom smell and feel amazing. I want to get the Sandalwood and Ginger one next which is even more amazing! If you love candles check out The Body Shop range.
Thank you for reading.

This is another Caroline Hirons influenced purchase. I was eyeing this up for ages but kept forgetting to pick it up. Last week I was in Boots and it was on offer... obviously I bought it. I have tested it out and wanted to give my review and talk a bit more about the product.

It comes in a pink box, that also contains a muslin cloth, which I completely forgot to photograph, sorry. It was cheap quality anyway, I would not use it. The cleanser would be good for travel.
Price - £10.99 for 100ml
Texture - Soft, cream
Finish - Clean, smooth, glowing skin

What they say
Who needs a facial when you can stay at home and enjoy The Ultimelt from Soap and Glory? It's super concentrated, smoothing, revitalising and deep cleansing, like a detox spa fro your skin.

Key ingredients
Pro vitamin B5 - Keeps skin soft, smooth and healthy
Sweet Almond Oil - Anti- inflammatory
Lavender Oil - Anti septic

What is it
This a beautiful soothing, creamy hot cloth cleanser that brightens and cleans the skin whilst leaving it glowy and gorgeous. It is packed with essential oils that moisturise and hydrate the skin. It smells like lavender to me, which I don't mind too much. Suitable for most skin types.

How I use it
I take a grape sized amount as recommended, for my whole face and neck. Massage it onto bare dry skin and take it off with a hot flannel. You can use this AM or PM, it probably would remove makeup nicely, but I prefer it as a 'skin cleanser'. Each time I use it my skin looks healthier and feels softer.

Pros
- Soft, creamy texture
- Moisturising and hydrating
- Affordable
- Nice toothpaste type tube
- Contains gorgeous essential oils
- Gives skin a very clear appearance

Cons
- Essential oils (lavender) can irritate sensitive skins

Summary
I am so happy I tried this cleanser, it's a good solid cleanser for smoothing, moisturising and waking up dull skin. It's not expensive and most skin types will suit it, just be careful if you have allergies or sensitivities to essential oils. If you have cleanser recommendations please tell me on here or Instagram please. Thank you so much for reading!

I'm sorry this post is a few days overdue, but better late than never aye. I tried not to include products I've shown a lot so there's a few new products to show you and two non beauty favourites.

Skincare

Nip and Fab Glycolic Fix Night Pads Extreme
Boots/ Superdrug

I have been using these pads pretty much every night since I bought them. They are a stronger version of the original pads, they contain  5% glycolic acid, lactic and salicylic acid which helps exfoliate. These pads really do brighten, tone and clear up the skin. Definitely my favourite - favourite skincare item throughout July.  Full review posted.

Lush Whip Silk Lip Balm
Lush Cosmetics

Considering I'm a lip balm junkie, I don't know how I never tried the Lush ones before. This one is what I've been using most and it's incredible. It smells of chocolate in the best, non fake way and moisturises the lips instantly. It's a creamy formula that softens and hydrates.

Makeup

Sleek Makeup Be Beautiful Blemish Balm
Boots/ Superdrug

I have used this product for years, and have been loving it recently because of the warm weather. Everything feels like it is melting off, but this is so light on the skin and doesn't slide off, on me anyway.  It still gives a good build able coverage and it actually matches my pale skin quite well!

The Body Shop Vitamin C Instant Glow Enhancer
The Body Shop

I picked this up with the new moisturiser and have been loving them immensely! This is a primer, that you apply under foundation, and it will give you a glow. It's a bright orange cream texture, no sparkle or shimmer. Once rubbed in you can't see the orange anymore, it's quite a thick texture so you don't need a lot. It's not a typical shimmery product, the glow comes from the orange tint, adding radiance and brightening. So if you have oily skin and do not like glittery primers, this might be for you.

MAC Sublime Culture Cremestick Liner
MAC Cosmetics

I finally got to the end of my sublime culture lip liner by MAC in July, and I miss it so much. It's the perfect lip colour for me ( your lips but more defined). If you use it everyday you probably can use it up in a couple months but mine lasted a year. I think I'm going to have to re - purchase this for my birthday!

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara
Boots/ Superdrug

This is the best mascara I have ever used throughout my whole beauty life, and it's from the high street! It adds length, volume, curl and drama to lashes without being clumpy or too much. It's affordable and so amazing! I try to use my other mascaras but I just can't pull myself away from this one!

Bodycare

Bio Oil
Boots/ Superdrug

My eczema has flared up so badly recently, and any heavy or even light body creams just seem to irritate it. Bio Oil is the only thing that has soothed, calmed and helped my eczema. It absorbs quickly and doesn't make me feel greasy and uncomfortable. Hopefully it helps my eczema be unnoticeable for my wedding dress trials!

Non Beauty Favourites

Wedding Ideas Magazine
Sainsbury's

I know I keep talking about my wedding, but I've been waiting for it for a long time, so I ain't stopping now! Anyway, I've been looking for things for inspiration and this magazine did it! It shows you real life weddings which are so beautiful and inspiring, and ideas for everything else. I will definitely keep buying each month's issues for tips and tricks. Pintrest is also great for wedding ideas.

The second non beauty favourite is music related, but I don't have a picture to show you.
I have been OBSESSED with Fetty Wap. His music may not be to everyone's taste but I love him and his songs. At the moment
679 is my favourite and it is constantly on repeat, I'm listening to it as I'm writing this post! Check him put if you don't know him already!

Thank you so much for reading

July Favourites 2015
