Superdrug Naturally Radiant Glycolic Acid Pads Review

I've been using the Glycolic serum from this range for a good 4/5 months now and it's doing wonders for my skin so I was really excited when I saw that they also made exfoliating pads. I love using pads when I travel and also when I want to take a break from my physical exfoliators. There are quite a few brands that make acid pads but most of them tend to be around the £10 mark or over so I'm really happy to have found some that are extremely affordable but work just as well!
You get 60 pads for £5.99 which I think is incredible value for money. They come in a small plastic tub which is super handy for travel. Unlike some other pads, these are really soft so they don't scratch or feel uncomfortable when you use them.

The pads are soaked in Glycolic Acid and Fruit Acids which help to remove dead skin cells and even out the skin's texture. They're also great for clearing congestion, reducing spots and giving the skin a gorgeous healthy glow. After cleansing I just swipe a pad all over my face and neck and follow up with the rest of my routine. They can be used daily or every other day depending on how your skin tolerates AHAs but it is worth noting that they are very gentle on the skin. Whenever I use them I always notice a massive difference in my skin, especially when I use them consistently. My congested areas always look flawless and the texture of my skin is extremely smooth. They definitely rival some of the more popular versions of this product!

These will work for any skin type as long as you can tolerate Glycolic Acid. If you want you could use them both AM and PM or just in the evening. However you use them, just be sure to follow up with SPF the next time you're going to be in the sun!

If you're on a budget or aren't sure where to start when it comes to exfoliating pads, I would highly recommend giving these a go!

Buy them here!

  1. I'm so pleased to hear that they work because I saw these the last time I was in Superdrug but chose not to buy them as I wasn't sure if they'd be any good. Will have to pick these up the next time I'm in there. Xx
