After picking up my final bits for the wedding, I decided to have a quick mooch in Boots this morning. There wasn't much going on but I found some unexpected gems at the Soap and Glory counter. They have released 6 shades in this range and I have two to show you. I hope you enjoy guys!

They have the same packaging as the Gloss Sticks, (basically a palm size tube with a cap) Perfect for travel.
Price - £3.50 for 1.4g
Texture - Smooth, creamy
Finish - Opaque, soft, velvety matte lips

What they say
The ulti-matte lip-plumping sensation! Soap & Glory’s SEXY MOTHER PUCKER™ MATTE-LIP™ gives a soft, long-lasting, super-velvety finish. Ultra-smooth and easy-to-apply, it sculpts, defines and visibly volumises lips in a flash.

Key claims
- Lip plumping
- Easy to apply
- Intense super colour in one stroke

What is it
These are beautiful mini lipsticks that provide full coverage, smooth texture and a gorgeous matte finish. The shape of the bullet makes it perfect to apply without a lip liner. They have a super creamy, buttery texture and virtually no scent. Suitable for everyone.

This is the shade ' Choccoberry'
The name is perfect for this colour. It's a brown/berry with some hints of pink. It will work as a 'Kylie Jenner' lip on fair/medium skin tones or as a fabulous nude on deeper skins. It is a lovely warm tone.

This is the shade 'Berry-Much'
It is a deep berry/purple with some hints of pink. This is more blue based. Any skin tone can pull of this shade.

As you can see from the swatches, they are incredibly pigmented and creamy. They do not drag or cling to dry patches. Even though they are matte, they are so comfortable and non drying on the lips.
You can use them alone or paired with a matching lip liner.
A good lip liner choice would be MAC Subculture for choccoberry and MAC Beet for berry-much.

I will get back to you on the wear time and wether it actually plumps my lips.

Pros
- Super affordable
- Handy size
- Creamy formula
- Intense colour pay off
- Smooth application
- Non drying
- No scent

Cons
- None!!!

Summary
I think I have found my new favourite lipstick range. I cannot find one fault with these lip crayons. It takes a lot for me to be impressed with makeup, and I think Soap and Glory have done an amazing job. Get down to Boots and give them a go for yourself. Thanks for reading!
