That hasn't stopped me try more, so I picked up Oatifix and tried it a few times. I wanted to review it and tell you if it works.
The mask comes in the typical small, hand size pot. It's a fresh face mask, so it has to be kept in the fridge, these masks only have a shelf life of one month.
Price - £6.50 for 75g
Texture - Cold, hard porridge ( in a good way)
Finish - Soothed, moisturised, soft skin
What they say
Cleanse, soften and moisturise dry, sensitive skin. Smooth a generous layer of this mask onto your face and leave for 10-15 minutes to get to work.
Key ingredients
Oatmeal - Soothing and anti-inflammatory
Illipe Butter - Reduce redness
Banana - Rich and nourishing
Ground almonds - To polish the skin
What is it
This is a beautiful soothing and calming face mask, designed for dry/sensitive skin, but it's perfect for anyone to use. The skin is instantly softer, smoother and calmer. It has a nice sweet porridge smell, which I like. Suitable for all skin types.
How I use it
I take a good glob for my whole face avoiding the eyes, applying it thicker to drier parts of my face and leave on for 15 minutes. It's a hard, chunky texture but spreads nicely. I take it off with a nice hot damp flannel. Straight away any redness is gone, the skin looks calm, and feels so moisturised.
Pros
- Smells yummy
- Suitable for all skin types
- Softening and smoothing
- Moisturising
- Affordable
Cons
- None
Summary
I love this mask! Everything about it is great, the price, formula, even smell. It's a winner all round for me and I highly recommend it. You can probably get a good 4-5 uses out of it, so you could use it once a week and it will last a month. Or as often as you want. When this runs out I will be getting another one straight away. Thank you for reading.
