Ole Henriksen C-Rush Brightening Gel Creme | 35ml | Recently I seem to be obsessed with all things Vitamin C and I'm a firm believer that having it in your skincare routine is key to maintaining healthy, radiant skin. Initially, I was quite wary of this product as I thought the gel texture meant it would feel siliconey on the skin (deffo not my thing) but when I tested it at the counter I was instantly reassured! It has a really luxurious texture without being too thick or greasy and it leaves my skin feeling super soft and bouncy and just prepped for the day! The slight peachy tint gives you an immediate brightening effect and the 3 sources of Vitamin C help to protect against pollution, stress and other environmental stressors which can leave you looking really dull and congested. It also contains Rose of Winter Extract, an anti-oxidant rich flower that helps soothe and condition. I've been absolutely loving this in the mornings when my skin needs a pick me up and it's also become my go-to for under foundation as it provides the perfect cushiony, hydrating foundation for a natural and flawless base. They've recently brought out a more intense C-Rush Brightening Double Creme which sounds lush!
Ole Henriksen Truth Serum | 15ml | This has been a cult product for years and I'm so annoyed I didn't try it sooner! It's packed with Vitamin C which is not only crucial for collagen production but also helps to brighten, firm and protect against free-radicals. One of the main reasons I love this serum is it's super smooth, lightweight texture that absorbs straight away. I prefer my serums to be on the thinner side and go in with a slightly richer moisturiser so this combined with the Brightening Gel Creme is a match made in heaven! I use this mostly in the AM - especially if I'm going outside as I want my skin to have a protective barrier. It leaves my skin really plump and hydrated but I've also noticed an overall difference in the tone of my skin! I'm slightly addicted to the scent - think like orange jelly tots in a bottle. This is a deluxe sample but I find a little goes a long way and I will happily purchase the full size when this runs out!
Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream | 7ml | I'd heard so many amazing things about this product from other bloggers and YouTubers and I'm happy to report it does not disappoint! I prefer a more creamy eye treatment as I'm quite dehydrated and this one has just the right amount of slip without leaving me puffy or disrupting my concealer. The formula is so smooth and buttery and it really helps to brighten my dark circles and minimise dehydration lines so all around it's a winner for me! It's boosted with Collagen, Vitamin C and is inspired by the highlighting effect of Banana Powder, containing special pigments that colour correct to give a brighter, more even appearance! It's become such a staple in my routine, I don't want to be without it!
